1 scoop protein powder (I like unsweetened soy)
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup orange juice
Put protein powder into blender first to avoid clumping.
Add frozen blueberries, mixed berries, and yogurt.
Add orange juice and blend using your blender’s smoothie setting until ingredients are blended.
