My husband got me a popcorn popper for Christmas and we have been making popcorn like crazy ever since. This recipe make a flavorful yet light snack and your house will smell delicious for hours!
1/4 cup canola oil
2-3 rosemary springs
2 cloves of garlic, halved
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
salt to taste
Add rosemary, garlic, and oil to pan.
Simmer oil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Remove rosemary and garlic from oil after it has cooled to room temperature.
Add one tablespoon of the infused oil to the cooking plate.
Pop kernels following your popper’s instructions.
Pour the remaining oil on the popcorn.
Add salt to taste. A little salt really brings out the flavors of the oil.
Mix well and enjoy it while it’s warm.
