10 oz baby bella mushrooms, or whichever type you prefer
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 clove minced garlic
Large pinch of crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Add mushrooms to pan and turn heat on high.
Mix together balsamic vinegar, oil, water, thyme, garlic, and crushed pepper.
While mixing together other ingredients, check in on your mushrooms and stir if needed.
Once the pan is really hot, pour in liquid mixture. It will sizzle like crazy.
Stir continuously and cook until most of the liquid as cooked off.
I recommend serving over steamed cauliflower. Enjoy!!!
